Traveling to Merrill for the weekend & had a low tire just before we arrived. Called Wheelers Chevrolet in Merrill & were told to “stop in and we’ll get that taken care of for you.” Arrived and Chad got everything set up & 40 minutes later, a screw was out of the tire and they patched it, and we were out the door for a very reasonable price. My husband and I were in great need of an EV charger. We noticed on an app that Wheeler Chevrolet had one. We couldn't get it going because we didn't have an account for that type of charger so I went inside to ask for help. A very helpful gentleman came out and used the dealership card to pay for our charge. He also came out later to offer to drive us to the coffee shop while we waited for the charger to end! We were SO appreciative. He wouldn't let us pay him for the amount of charge that we used. We'll never forget his and Wheeler Chevrolet in Merrill for their generosity and hospitality! I have purchased many new trucks from a lot of dealerships in northern wi but have never been treated with as much respect for exactly what I wanted, Wheelers will definitely have my business from now on, they honored the price I was given when ordering my new truck and gave a larger discount when the truck was delivered due to MSRP change. I cannot thank Paula enough for the work she did to get the exact truck I wanted and the finance manager for coming in on her day off to do the paperwork for the truck. Bought my first brand new vehicle thru wheelers of Merrill and what can I say everyone there was so kind and welcoming. There was no pressure felt from anyone there. I’ve been to dealerships handfuls of times and many of them I got the feeling of “ forcing a sale” but that was not here. I felt like it truly was my decision and I was able to ask questions and they wouldn’t treat me differently. I was treated so well here I will go back in the future. Between test driving and my weighing my opinions they were all very nice and able to help me get my vehicle. Highly recommend anyone who goes here to work with Paula. This girl was so kinda to me I felt like I knew her before ever walking thru those doors, she really puts her customers first and makes them feel welcome.

Wheelers stands out as one of the most helpful businesses that I have ever dealt with. I had to work with GM on a "buy-back" of a vehicle that was not able to be repaired at a different service department. The buy-back process and vehicle replacement is not profitable for the dealership. After trying to work with many other dealers that were helpful until they found out that there was no money in it for them, I was lucky to find Wheelers. I'm VERY impressed with the customer care at Wheelers. Everyone there that was involved, including the Owners, Management, Salespeople, and Servicepeople, ... they all shared the same caring and helpful qualities. When it's time for another vehicle, I will return to Wheelers.
