Ordering my first ever brand new 2025 Chevy Traverse. This should be a joyous moment but it was horrible dealing with Wheelers in Merrill. I will never go back there and have made sure to let all my friends and family know. they do not communicate at all. I had to email the salesman to see what stage my vehicle was at so I knew when about it would be coming in. He would ignore me for weeks then he would tell me the wrong news all the time. he tells me my car wasn't even ordered yet 2 months after i ordered it and put down a down payment. That was on a Wednesday and then calls me the following Monday and says your car is here. I was trading in my old car and the finance girl calls to see when i will be in to sign papers. Never once did they give me a price for my trade in till I asked them for it. When I picked up the vehicle the whole thing was not gone through with me. The salesman was in a hurry I guess to get back to his desk car. Never given anything free - like oil changes or anything. I will NEVER EVER go to Wheelers again!! It made me pick at least one star. Believe me I would give them ZERO stars

I purchased a 2013 Honda CR-V Nov 17th 2023 Upon startup the eng made a terrible noise! Took it back a week later to the service manager he said take it to a honda dealer because we don't have the tools to work on it! $2900.00 out of my pocket it is fine now with no help from wheelers. I vote them the worst dealership in Wisconsin!!

I went there for my complimentary oil change on my new Chevy Trax. I was not satisfied with their service at all. Left oil on transmission from changing oil filter, I do not believe they put in the right oil and scratch the xxxx out of the wheels when they rotated the tires👎👎

They washed the car I was buying and left it outside to freeze so after I signed everything and went to drive it, it was frozen and wouldn't let me move. Also when I was looking for a "cheaper" car there was only one, that was a sad selection. The financer Jason lied and said I had no choice and needed to buy their powertrain warranty, found out that wasn't true so I canceled it. Had to take the car back 6 times in 1 month because the engine light kept coming on again and again. They eventually got the problem fixed. The other sales manager made me cry on my 5th visit when I tried to tell him I was upset, driving an hour every time 6 times total. But oh well! Its fixed now and I hopefully never have to go back. Got a good car and finally running good.

This is the fourth vehicle purchased from this dealership in a little over 3 years. We worked with Ryan every time and he is a knowledgeable and professional salesman. Ryan is very helpful and made sure we were highly satisfied with our purchases and all our questions were answered to our satisfaction. He genuinely seemed excited for us to drive off in our new vehicle! Jay made the paperwork process painless! He explained everything in a quick and efficient manner! Toby is one of the nicest and most helpful people I have met in the auto accessories field. He is very knowledgeable and gives the best available options out there to meet your accessory needs. He is full of great advice! (He told me that the "Redline" accents on my new Traverse were really "cool" when I talked to him about removing them and he was right, they are!) He was willing to help me in any way if I wanted to change anything. Finally, I would like to say how impressed I was that the owner, AJ Stark, took the time and answered the phone when my husband called inquiring about a new vehicle. He was very efficient and involved in our purchase. I feel we couldn't have gotten the deal we received anywhere in the area! I Love our new 2018 Chev Traverse Redline! I feel like a "cool" mom now!!

This was the first time i basically purchased a vehicle "online" . Every thing but the signatures we taken care of before i even walked into the dealership. Kelly did a great job of making this an easy experience.

My car buying experience went well. It was quick and flawless. I called Kelly asking about a car and test drive, they had the car ready for me when I got there. Once I decided I was going to purchase the vehicle we were able to do most of it over the phone. Which helped me greatly.

We walked in knowing exactly what we wanted and that is what we got. I think it would've gone even smoother if the sales person we worked with was able to do some negotiating rather than going to a different person leaving us to wait for a response. Our sales person was not pushy which was nice! We were worked with very well when it came to agreeing on a trade in value for our car. The only two real complaints would be that our vehicle came with zero floor mats and we were kind of just dismissed with a sorry and although it has the setup for a hitch to be inserted, it actually is not equipped with a tow package as we asked, unless we were to put one, in making the max towing of 2000lbs rather than 5200lbs. Other than that, service was good and the people were super nice! We would definitely return for any future purchases if a vehicle.

We stopped in to get some info on trading in the Equinox that we had purchased from Stark a few years ago. We were very happy with the help and information that Ryan and the staff gave us. So excited and happy with our new 2018 Traverse! Thank you!!

Hands down the best car buying experience I have ever had! Everyone at the dealership was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful from beginning to end....even after I had signed paperwork and took possession of the vehicle. We realized as we were getting ready to leave that there was only one key that came with the vehicle but Ryan Hubacek made sure we were taken care of and is getting us another laser cut key. Ryan greeted us in the parking lot when we arrived. He listened to our concerns, answered all our questions, and helped us find a vehicle with what we were looking for. We told him what we were looking to spend up front. We had a small glitch with the first price that was offered, but a after a 2nd review the price offered was right around where we wanted to be. We weren't expecting to be able to bring our new car home right away, but Ryan had the paperwork started right away so we drove home in our new car. My husband has lived in Merrill all his life and we have purchased several vehicles from Stark in the 40+ years that we have been married.
