Last week I was at the dog park in Merrill when my door latch malfunctioned so I could not get my door to shut. My husband was out of town so I called Wheelers and they sent someone to fix my latch, which did not take them long at all, and to my surprise, when I called Greg to find out what I owed, he said there was no charge. I owe Wheelers a big thank you for their great customer service. Thanks again to Wheelers. I really appreciated their help.

We stopped for an emergency rear axle problem on a roadtrip, they were the nicest people we could imagine, when helping us. Between the Veteran's in the shop, and the owner (Randy, I believe) we felt welcomed and they did everything possible to get us on our way as quickly and safely as was possible! They were so honest and nice, I would send my grandma there for a car! We truly appreciate the speedy help.
Service manager was excellent at helping me and my family, get a vehicle to meet an important appointment. Our vehicle had a module go bad and couldn’t move. He came out checked vehicle, got a tow truck and got us going with a vehicle from lot. Called us and let us know about issue and had module ordered and vehicle repaired next day. Excellent dealership experience. I walked in and asked for numbers, I got them. No games, straight forward dealing and transparent (they gave me the numbers as I ask for them). They took the time to listen and understand what I was trying to accomplish. So instead of me having to follow their process, they allowed me to go my pace and answered all my question.

Ordering my first ever brand new 2025 Chevy Traverse. This should be a joyous moment but it was horrible dealing with Wheelers in Merrill. We just purchased a new Chevy Equinox from Wheelers in Merrill. The was a slight issue pre-delivery which was quickly fixed by the manager Chelsea and our sales consultant Tom. My Truck had no Start issues on the way up North on a Snowmobile trip. They diagnosed it right away but had to order parts . They gave me a loaner truck so we could continue our trip. The truck was fixed day and a half later and we picked it up on way back . Thanks for help and the awesome Service!
My experience with Wheelers of Merrill began on the morning of 11/11/24 (Veterans Day) when my truck had unexpectedly blew a ball joint exiting the woods from a hunting weekend. I called them to see if they had availability to look at my vehicle and possibly even repair it the same day so I could drive home 3.5 hours away. I was on my way home from taking care of my sister after a heart attack. When I got on the interstate my vehicle began to vibrate uncontrollably, fortunately I saw the Wheeler Chevy sign on the Merrill exit. Traveling to Merrill for the weekend & had a low tire just before we arrived. Called Wheelers Chevrolet in Merrill & were told to “stop in and we’ll get that taken care of for you.” Arrived and Chad got everything set up & 40 minutes later, a screw was out of the tire and they patched it, and we were out the door for a very reasonable price. I purchased a 2013 Honda CR-V Nov 17th 2023 Upon startup the eng made a terrible noise! Took it back a week later to the service manager he said take it to a honda dealer because we don't have the tools to work on it! $2900.00 out of my pocket it is fine now with no help from wheelers. I vote them the worst dealership in Wisconsin!!

Wheelers Chevy Dealership in Merrill is amazing. The building was clean, easily accessible from the highway. Their waiting room is comfortable and included free assorted beverages and a large screen TV. I was there for approximately 6 hours. As a new owner of a 2022 Chevy BOLT, we were concerned about having enough "juice" for our trip from Green Bay to Merrill. Chevy dealers have a quick charge available for us. Greg, in service, showed us the charge "station", AND gave us a ride to a neighboring restaurant while our vehicle charged up. Being a rainy day, he even picked me up after our wonderful lunch. Wheelers was very timely with their service. They were the only place that could take my vehicle in to get fixed on the same day it broke down. After my vehicle was fixed, it had another issue less than 24 hours later, and they immediately picked it up. I had questioned if it was safe for them to drive my vehicle with the check engine light on (which is what they did), and the service manager told me that it was safe for them to drive it because the engine light was not flashing. Overall they were timely and professional.
I was traveling from Iowa to Merrill and had a check engine light come on and called them and they had me bring it in to see what was going on not only did they find the problem they fixed it that same day to get me safely back on the road I’ve had my vehicle maybe a month now and the dealerships here couldn’t figure it out and they took their time to figure it out and my SUV is running better than it ever was when I bought it..
