Active duty, Reservists, National Guard, all Veterans and Retirees of the U.S. Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps and Coast Guard qualify for the GM Military Appreciation offer, and so does a sponsored spouse. You get an authorization number from GM, bring it to us, and we apply the offer to an eligible new Chevrolet. It combines with most current offers.
We're a family-owned Chevrolet dealer in Merrill, and we've been doing this since 1964. Plenty of the folks who walk onto our lot have served, and most of them don't know this offer exists or assume they aged out of it. Usually they didn't.

The one people get wrong: there's no time limit on veteran status. The program used to run on a one-year-from-separation window, and a lot of dealer pages still say that. It doesn't anymore. If you served and separated in 1994, you qualify the same as someone who separated last month.
GM doesn't publish one flat number, because the offer amount depends on the vehicle. It's set per model, and it changes as GM's programs roll over.
So rather than put a number on this page that goes stale, here's the straight answer: tell us the Chevrolet you're looking at and we'll show you the military offer on that exact vehicle, alongside whatever other incentives it qualifies for. No appointment needed for that, and no obligation.
Most new and unused GM vehicles are eligible, which on our lot means new Chevrolet cars, SUVs, crossovers, and midsize, light-duty and heavy-duty pickups, plus passenger and cargo vans.
Two limits worth knowing up front. The offer applies to new and unused vehicles only, so it does not cover used inventory. And eligibility can change as GM updates the program, so it's worth confirming on the specific vehicle before you commit.
Yes. You can purchase or lease up to two eligible new GM vehicles per calendar year under the program. That covers most families who are replacing two vehicles in the same year, and it's another piece people usually don't know.
