EV Highlighted During “Solar Showcase” Event

The “Solar Showcase” event, held on Wednesday, May 15th, was a success! As advocates for sustainable transportation solutions, Wheelers Family Auto Group was thrilled to participate with MMCCU for this community-focused event.

The event, hosted at MMCCU’s location at 302 W Upham in Marshfield, provided attendees with a unique opportunity to explore renewable energy solutions and learn about sustainability initiatives. Community members had access to various exhibits and the chance to engage with industry experts.

Wheelers Family Auto Group’s exhibit showcased electric vehicles (EVs), highlighting their environmental benefits and practicality for everyday use. From compact city cars to versatile SUVs, EVs offer a cleaner and more sustainable alternative to traditional gasoline-powered vehicles. The Wheelers team was on hand to answer questions, provide information, and offer test drives to interested attendees.

Alongside Wheelers Family Auto Group, other industry leaders such as Olson Solar Energy, CW Energy Coalition, and Marshfield Utilities (Focus on Energy) also had exhibits, providing valuable insights into solar energy, energy efficiency, and utility-sponsored energy-saving programs.

To enhance the event experience, MMCCU hosted a food section featuring a brat fry-style setup. Attendees were encouraged to make a suggested donation to the Children’s Miracle Network, supporting a worthy cause while enjoying delicious food. The brat fray raised $757!
